Cycling around the city of Putrajaya

Putrajaya has a large network of roads that can accommodate bicycles safely, and many bicycle lanes too. Cycling at Putrajaya rewards you with beautiful views of the city in all its architectural beauty, and the greens that surround them all. If you don’t have your own bicycle, there are several places in Putrajaya where you can rent some from such as Putrajaya Botanical Gardens, Putrajaya Wetlands, and Putra Square.
Kayaking on the Putrajaya Lake

You can rent a kayak or canoe from Putrajaya Lake Recreation Centre (Kelab Tasik Putrajaya) and get a good workout while enjoying the views around Putrajaya lake. The highlight of this activity is being able to enjoy the magnificent view of Putra Mosque, better known as the Pink Mosque of Putrajaya.

If you enjoy nature walks, the wonderful Wetlands Park filled with flora and fauna is not to be missed. You will be able to see plenty of friendly storks, geese, and ducks amongst the greens and on the lake.
