In time of crisis, Malaysians band together quickly to help one another. This is something that we can all be proud of. Here are some individuals and organisations that are going all out in these dire times.
Kita Jaga app

The Kita Jaga app was first created for everyone to help one another during the lockdowns and has now been updated with flood-specific requests and offers. Simply go to kitajaga.co to see requests and offers near your location, to offer your help, or to request for some.

Malkith Singh, now lovingly known as the cooking uncle of Gurudwara Sahib PJ, has been offering his energy and time relentlessly along with other fellow Malaysians to offer flood relief assistance. Follow @gurdwarasahibpj on Twitter for updates on ways you can help.
3. Collaborative Google Sheets
Netizens have come together to create a collaborative Google Sheets with contacts of people that are offering help to the flood victims. For those in need of help, it can also be requested on the Sheet itself. There are also direct details of the flood victims should anyone wish to help directly.
4. Tahanee Shauki
A young lady with a big heart who has opened her home to all abandoned pets and is going all out in nurturing them back to health. If you’re looking for your lost pet or looking to foster some, please reach out to Tahanee on Twitter.
