How likely you are to achieve your goals depends on how you set the goals to begin with. For New Year’s resolutions, it’s best to keep them small and measurable as they will be refreshed annually. Here are some ideas to get you going.
Try a new experience each month.

Be it a pottery or barre class, sign yourself up for something you’ve not tried before every month. Once a month is easily achievable and you might even discover a hidden talent of yours! More importantly, doing this will help you get comfortable with the unknown and be bolder in exploring new territories.
Stay in touch with those that matter.

We often take the time we have with those we love for granted and the past couple of years have served as a reminder of uncertainties and that time waits for no one. Make an effort to connect with someone dear weekly, be it through the phone or face-to-face.
Speak mindfully.

Cultivate the habit of speaking from the heart and with good intentions. Before saying something out loud, take the time to ask yourself if it’s necessary, kind, and true?
Reduce screen time.
If you have not already, set a couple of rules for yourself in regard to screen time. A good one would be to put your phone aside during meal times or when spending time with loved ones. Limiting screen time an hour or two before bed time will also improve sleep quality significantly.
Drink more water.

Hydration is key to health and better skin. You can start by drinking a cup of water after your coffee, or by replacing your second cup of coffee with water. Getting yourself a cute mug or bottle may also encourage you to drink water more often.
